Force Majeure

lopefenoyp shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, war, terrorism, epidemics, governmental action, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Severability

Entire Agreement
